The groundbreaking ceremony of YOO Hub Trivandrum by HiLITE, India’s first branded IT park, was held on 29 June 2026, marking the beginning of construction for the landmark project. The ceremony was inaugurated by P.K. Kunhalikutty, honorable minister for industries and information technology, Government of Kerala.
Developed in collaboration with YOO, the globally renowned design brand, YOO Hub brings an international approach to workplace design. YOO’s portfolio spans luxury residences, hotels, bespoke homes, renewable energy, capital management, and large-scale mixed-use developments across the world. The project also integrates the global workplace expertise of IWG, creating an office destination that goes beyond conventional workspaces.
