Yoo Hub Trivandrum

YOO Hub Trivandrum by HiLITE Group is Kerala’s first branded IT Park, developed at Technopark Phase III, Thiruvananthapuram. Spanning 5.18 lakh sq. ft. across 1.88 acres of land, the project comprises 18 floors and is being developed with an investment of ₹300 crores.

The project marks YOO’s first dedicated IT Park globally, bringing internationally recognised, design-led excellence into Kerala’s evolving technology ecosystem. YOO is a globally recognised design brand known for luxury real estate and design-led developments.

Planned as a next-generation IT destination, this HiLITE project integrates intelligent planning, high-tech infrastructure, and flexible, scalable workspaces tailored for multinational corporations, growth-stage technology firms, R&D centres, and emerging digital enterprises.

Envisioned as a dynamic hub for collaboration and innovation, the development is expected to generate around 4,000 direct IT jobs, strengthening regional employment and supporting talent development. By elevating workspace standards and introducing global branding to Kerala’s IT landscape, YOO Hub Trivandrum further enhances Technopark’s international profile while reinforcing the state’s growing presence on India’s digital and technological map.
