World Trade Center Kozhikode

The foundation for World Trade Center Kozhikode was laid in 2025 within HiLITE City, marking a monumental step in Kerala’s global business journey.
Spanning 12.5 million sq. ft., it will be one of the world’s largest World Trade Centers, representing the spirit of international collaboration and economic progress. Beyond its scale, the development aims to create a thriving business ecosystem that attracts global enterprises, fosters local entrepreneurship, and strengthens Kerala’s position in international trade.

Licensed by the World Trade Centers Association (WTCA), a network founded in 1968 that connects over 300 cities across 90+ countries and more than one million member companies, WTC Kozhikode joins a global ecosystem of trade and opportunity. As part of this network, it will provide businesses with access to international markets, trade services, and cross-border collaborations.
The World Trade Center Kozhikode will encompass office towers, residential enclaves, education and hospitality zones, and retail experiences, crafting a seamless blend of business, lifestyle, and learning.
