The renowned cultural organisation Keli Swiss hosted Ponnonam at Stadthalle Bulach in Zurich on September 13, 2025, drawing nearly 2,000 people, mostly Keralites living in Switzerland. HiLITE had the privilege of being part of this grand celebration, connecting with the Malayali community abroad in a truly festive spirit.

HiLITE Builders CEO Mohammed Fazeem and other team members attended the one-day event, where HiLITE was honoured with the Visionary Builder of Kerala Award. The recognition celebrated HiLITE’s pioneering projects that continue to redefine Kerala’s landscape.

Switzerland’s real estate market is known worldwide for its stability, backed by consistent economic growth and a strong legal framework. Yet, for a Malayali, owning land in their homeland carries an unmatched emotional value.
