HiLITE Cyber Tower

HiLITE Cyber Tower is a next-generation IT development strategically located within Cyberpark, Calicut. Designed to strengthen North Kerala’s position in India’s growing technology landscape, the project spans approximately 9 lakh sq. ft. and is being developed with an investment of ₹500 crores. The tower comprises 28 floors and is envisioned as a future-ready IT hub that will accommodate multinational corporations, high-growth startups, innovation labs, and R&D centres within an advanced infrastructure framework.
