August 20 marked a defining moment in the history of Kozhikode, as the city witnessed the rise of the World’s largest World Trade Center. Located within the visionary HiLITE City, the World Trade Center Kozhikode (WTC Kozhikode) heralds the beginning of a new age in business, trade, and global cooperation.

More than an infrastructure launch, the groundbreaking symbolises Kozhikode’s transformation into a global business destination. By joining the elite network of 300+ World Trade Centers across 90+ countries, WTC Kozhikode opens pathways for international trade, global partnerships, and cross-border collaboration, strengthening Kerala’s presence on the world economic map.

Spread across 12.5 million sq. ft. with a total investment of $680 million, the development will feature seven towers with an Education Tower for exclusive educational purposes, premium office spaces, shopping areas, hotels, serviced residences, and an elite members’ club. Collectively, they form an integrated ecosystem for business, lifestyle, and learning.
